We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM & Data Manager to oversee and enhance our customer relationship management (CRM) systems within our call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CRM strategies, ensuring effective customer interaction, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: CRM Administration & Optimization: Maintain, configure, and optimize the CRM system to support call center operations. Data Management: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the CRM system. Process Improvement: Develop and refine workflows, automation, and reporting tools to enhance efficiency. User Training & Support: Train employees on CRM usage, best practices, and troubleshooting. Analytics & Reporting: Generate reports and insights to measure call center performance, customer interactions, and sales trends. Collaboration: Work with sales and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals. System Integration: Oversee CRM integrations with other tools, such as phone systems, lead management software, and marketing platforms. Compliance & Data Privacy: Ensure CRM practices comply with relevant data protection regulations. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience managing CRM systems, preferably in a call center environment. Strong understanding of customer data management and reporting. Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g. Convoso, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or others). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications if possible: Experience with call center operations and lead management.
